A feast that will make your skin as happy as your tummy!


Getting your fix of rich skin-friendly foods, whilst trying to avoid hidden sugars and dairy that can cause breakouts, can be a real challenge! This recipe is super tasty and just happens to be completely dairy and gluten free. 

This is my favourite dairy free quiche recipe that’s packed full of healthy goodness for your skin. And you can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

QUICHE
Dairy free, Gluten free

INGREDIENTS
10-12 eggs
Olive oil
Spinach
Mushrooms
Zucchini
Tomato
Asparagus
Bacon
Feta (optional)

METHOD

Grease quiche dish with olive oil. Lightly toss bacon and veggies in a pan with a little water, place in the quiche dish and pour whisked eggs over the top. Sprinkle with feta (optional). 

Bake at 160º until golden brown and cooked through.
